As an organiser, you need liability protection
Anyone who organises pageants, markets, concerts, conferences, congresses, sporting events and other events is fully responsible for the safety of participants and visitors. Losses are particularly frequent at public events. If people are injured or property is damaged, you as the organiser are also financially liable, which is why you need event liability insurance. Event liability insurance covers property damage and personal injury caused by active participants, but also damage caused by visitors.

Event liability protects you from claims for damages
Event liability insurance indemnifies up to a maximum of the agreed sum insured, which you agree with the insurer. The insurance covers the event itself, but also the necessary set-up and dismantling work before and after. The premium for event liability depends on the type and number of visitors to the insured event. Tip: If you rent premises for your event, make sure that your event liability also covers damage to rented property.
