High risk without machinery insurance
More and more complex and expensive machines are being used in companies. Damage to machinery can cause high costs and endanger the existence of your company. Machinery insurance protects against damage caused by fire, short circuit, overvoltage, operating errors, explosion, frost, storm, lightning, construction and material defects, malicious damage, failure of control equipment and other risks.
Save on premiums with a deductible
You can take out machinery insurance as an individual policy for specific machines or as a blanket policy for all the machines on your farm. You can insure permanently installed machinery, but also transportable equipment such as cranes, construction machinery or forklift trucks. In the event of total loss, the insurer will reimburse the current value of the destroyed machinery; in the event of partial damage, it will cover the costs of repair. Wear and tear damage is not compensated. In machinery insurance, an excess is usually agreed in order to keep the insurance premium low.
